To support our growing operations, we are looking to strengthen our Maintenance team and are currently recruiting for:

• Senior Room Technician
• Assistant Maintenance Manager
  

Role Overview

As part of our Maintenance team, you will play a key role in ensuring that all facilities, guest rooms, and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of safety, functionality, and presentation. These roles offer the opportunity to work within a dynamic and professional environment in one of Malta’s leading hospitality groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and preventative maintenance across guest rooms and hotel facilities
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and technical issues
• Ensure all equipment and systems are in good working order
• Support the Maintenance Manager in coordinating daily operations (for Assistant Maintenance Manager role)
• Supervise and guide maintenance staff where required
• Monitor maintenance supplies, tools, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
• Maintain high cleanliness and organisational standards within work areas
  (Responsibilities may vary depending on the specific role.)

Requirements

• Previous experience in a maintenance, technical, or facilities role (hotel experience is an asset)
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends when required
• Hands-on, reliable, and proactive approach to work
