We are currently looking for a Payroll Executive to join our dynamic team.

The Job

• Managing onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Accurately calculating salaries and resolving payroll issues
• Monitoring and compiling monthly payroll reports
• Responding to employee payslip queries and providing clear support
• Preparing FS5 forms and submitting FS7 online
• Assisting with any other payroll-related duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements

• O’ Level education, with 1-2 years of payroll experience
• Strong skills in Excel and Word—Excel proficiency is essential
• Experience with Indigo payroll software is a plus
• Good command of both Maltese and English
