- Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: As Needed
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established practices serving the Lancaster and New Holland, Pennsylvania communities. This opportunity is available due to a recent provider resignation, and we are looking to add a clinician as soon as possible.
The role offers flexibility for either full-time or part-time scheduling and provides the opportunity to work within two collaborative, technology-driven practices with strong hygiene support and established patient demand.
You will have access to advanced technology, experienced team members, and a supportive clinical environment designed to help providers succeed while maintaining strong patient relationships and high-quality care.
Lancaster County offers a unique blend of suburban convenience, historic charm, and strong community values. The area is known for excellent schools, outdoor recreation, local dining, and a lower cost of living while still providing convenient access to Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Harrisburg.
This region continues to experience strong residential growth, making it an ideal location for long-term patient demand and professional stability.
What We Offer

- 2 full-time hygienists

- 10 operatories
- 5 full-time hygienists with additional hygiene support being added

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care
- →Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans
- →Deliver procedures including crowns, bridges, fillings, and extractions
- →Collaborate with hygiene and support team members to ensure seamless patient care
- →Utilize advanced digital technology to support diagnosis and treatment planning
- →Maintain high clinical standards and efficient workflows
- →Build strong patient relationships and support continuity of care
Requirements
~1 min read- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Pennsylvania dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Comfortable practicing in a productive, team-oriented environment
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
