Summary: This role leads the engineering delivery of the organization’s member facing digital software portfolio, including online and mobile banking, digital account origination, loan applications, payments, and related digital channel integrations. This role is accountable for translating enterprise and experience strategy into scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions delivered through disciplined engineering practices. This role serves as the primary engineering partner to experience product leadership, shaping what is built and how it is delivered while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and operational standards.
