New employees accepting this recruitment bonus must commit to two consecutive years of employment with DHSS.� You must be a new employee to the state to be eligible for this incentive.\r\nReferral bonuses of $1,000 are available to current DHSS employees who refer new hires to the state in the following classifications: Advanced Practice Nurse, Nurse Consultant, Nursing Supervisor, Compliance Nurse, Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, and Certified Nursing Assistant. Referral bonuses of $1,000 will be paid in quarterly installments over the first year of hire of the referred applicant.\r\n�\r\nNOTE: This program is administered by the Department of Health and Social Services. Summary Statement

The Advanced Practice Registered\r\nNurses (APRN) position located at Porter State Service Center's Public Health\r\nClinic will provide services such as comprehensive physical examinations,\r\npreventive health services, prescribe treatment, and lab orders. Services may\r\ninclude tuberculosis prevention and control, child health, immunizations, adult\r\nhealth, and sexual and reproductive health. May participate in community\r\nvaccination clinics and disaster response. Additionally, they may also provide\r\nservices at other locations in other counties to support operational needs\r\n

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS for Advanced Practice Registered Nurse\r\nApplicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n Possession of a Delaware Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license or temporary permit for a Delaware Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license in the specialty area of Family Nurse Practitioner.\r\n\r\n
