Performance Analyst, Pricing & Costing

• Based at our Melbourne, Burwood Campus + hybrid work arrangements
• Full-time & Continuing
• $110,171 - $121,309 (HEW 7) + 17% Superannuation

• →Develop and enhance financial costing and workforce planning models that provide critical insights for budgeting, resource allocation and long-term strategic planning.
• →Analyse large and complex datasets to deliver forecasts, insights and recommendations that drive financial sustainability.
• →Partner with stakeholders across the University to understand business needs and translate data into strategic outcomes.
• →Prepare and present high-quality reports, dashboards and business cases for senior leaders.
• →Drive continuous improvement in costing methodologies, reporting processes and data quality to strengthen organisational capability.

• Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline, with substantial relevant professional experience. CPA or CA qualification essential.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex analytical and financial projects within large, multifaceted organisations.
• Strong technical financial modelling skills, with the ability to work confidently with large and complex data sets to support forecasting, planning, and strategic decision-making.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders, finance business partnering experience desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar analytics tools.
• A collaborative approach and strong cultural fit, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
