About the Role
~1 min readDecagon is looking for a GTM Enablement Manager — a founding member of our GTM Productivity team — to help build and scale the programs that power our revenue engine. You’ll operate at the center of how we ramp talent, drive field productivity, and scale GTM execution — designing and operationalizing high-impact programs in close partnership with stakeholders across the business. This is a highly visible, high-ownership role with direct impact on how Decagon grows.
5+ years of experience in GTM enablement, training, or revenue-focused roles, with a strong understanding of enablement best practices and modern SaaS sales motions
Proven ability to build and operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, with a high degree of ownership and accountability
Strong program and project management skills, with a scrappy, execution-oriented mindset and ability to deliver high-quality work
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and learning agility across product, technology, and sales
Experience applying or navigating AI in GTM, sales, or enablement contexts
Background building or scaling world-class training programs
Experience in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment
