IT Support Engineer

The IT SUPPORT ENGINEER have the responsibility of maintaining and monitoring the computer systems, applications and networks used by the business in offices, retail stores and warehouses. You will also be given tasks in solving complex technical issues and will also collaborate with team members across all departments to assist them with their technical needs. 

• →Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from company employees
• →Provide help desk support, consult, and solving user issues by providing assistance in setting up & troubleshooting (software / hardware) and properly escalating unresolved queries top the next level support
• →Administering company systems and networks, and ensuring a high level of organisation and structure within our IT infrastructure
• →Maintain IT security controls, policies and procedure 
• →Provide and maintain IT Equipment for stores and warehouses, for new and existing employees (laptops, desktops, cell phones etc.)
• →Documenting systems and services, and undertaking continual and ongoing improvement to our procedures, processes and standards
• →Assisting with IT project deployments, supporting the implementation of new solutions or applications.
• →Participate in business-wide meetings to provide insight into technical requirements.

• You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field.
• You have at least 2 years of relevant experience; ambitious and motivated fresh graduates are also highly encouraged to apply.
• You have a basic understanding of computer hardware, strong documentation capabilities with keen eye to details, and good computer literacy.
• You must be physically fit to handle retail and warehouse conditions.
• You must be flexible and willing to travel across Metro Manila and various provincial locations if required to support our stores and teammates.
