We are looking for a CRM Leader who will manage end-to-end customer journeys that connect, engage, and retain our community of sports enthusiasts. Using data-driven insights, you will drive personalized campaigns and loyalty strategies delivering the right message to the right audience at the right moment.
Scale Customer Lifetime Value (CLV): Deliver a high-impact CRM strategy by strengthening segmentation and launching fully automated journeys that measurably grow our active member base by year-end.
