We are looking for a driven and capable Human Resources Business Partner to support us in building and executing HR strategies that align with business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
You will play an integral role in partnering with leadership and managers to develop talent, enhance engagement, manage performance, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Partner with leadership and the HR Director to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success and align with company values.
- →Collaborate with managers to identify skills gaps and create development plans that foster continuous growth.
- →Manage and drive performance management cycles, including goal setting, continuous feedback, and formal reviews.
- →Support managers in developing high-performing teams by coaching them on feedback delivery and performance management.
- →Collaborate with leaders to implement performance improvement plans when needed.
- →Promote a feedback-driven, high-performance culture across the organization.
- →Stay informed of market trends and insights to recommend enhancements to compensation and benefits packages.
- →Manage employee relations matters (grievances, investigations, conflicts), ensuring fair and compliant outcomes aligned with Egyptian labor law and company policies.
- →Work closely with the HR Director to review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with regional/global standards.
- →Lead and improve onboarding, offboarding, and HR lifecycle processes, ensuring a smooth and engaging employee experience.
- →Design and implement employee engagement strategies and initiatives that foster a positive work environment.
- →Partner with managers and employees to enhance workplace culture, recognition programs, and employee well-being.
- →Conduct regular engagement surveys and action planning based on feedback to improve team morale and satisfaction.
- →Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
- →Analyze HR data and metrics to provide actionable insights on workforce trends, turnover, engagement, and performance.
- →Lead or participate in local and regional HR projects, including change management and organizational development.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 7+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth company (experience in the construction domain is a plus).
- Deep understanding of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong coaching and consulting skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience in policy and procedure development, employee relations, and performance management.
- Experience in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, hands-on, proactively, and solution-oriented.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional HR certification, such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent.
- Experience in implementing HR systems or digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with change management and organizational development frameworks.
Primary Location (On-site): Heliopolis, Cairo, EG
Position: Human Resources Business Partner
Position Classification: Salary-based full-time regular hours
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
