• →Lead DEFEND’s Reporting and Analytics capability: you’ll be driving and implementing the design, development and continuous improvement of reporting, semantic models and analytical insights across the business.
• →Deliver trusted insights: Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models and analytical solutions that provide leaders with meaningful financial and operational insights.
• →Drive business performance through analytics: Deliver insights that support forecasting, planning, performance management and strategic decision making across the organisation.
• →Shape our data future: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop reports, insights and analytics that create business value and drive strategic decision making.  

• Proven experience developing and managing reporting, business intelligence or analytics solutions.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Power BI, Dataflows Gen2 and semantic models.
• Experience building financial, operational or commercial reporting and dashboard solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of data governance, validation, documentation and reporting controls.
• Experience with Power Query, DAX, SQL and modern data modelling practices.
• A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for simplifying complex problems through data.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and operate successfully in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
• Experience in finance, commercial reporting or technology-driven organisations will be highly regarded.
