Yacht Manager

Novi Sad, Subotica or Belgrade

• →Primary point of contact for captains and crew; ensuring clear communication of operational requirements
• →Organize and oversee yacht logistics, including maintenance schedules, berth bookings, and technical service coordination
• →Monitor operational budgets, track expenses, and manage the administrative documentation required for smooth maritime operations

• Previous professional experience on yachts, specifically in roles such as Captain, Chief Officer, Chief Engineer, Chief Steward/Stewardess, or a similar position
• A deep understanding of life-on-board dynamics, crew management, and the daily operational requirements of a luxury vesse
• Full professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
• Advanced computer literacy
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive, outgoing personality
