You’ll be joining the Total Rewards team. In this role, you will own key benefits initiatives end-to-end, contributing to the team's broader goals with a high degree of accuracy and dependability while working closely with HR partners, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external vendors.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

Programme Management & Operations

  • Administer global benefits: Support statutory and supplementary benefits programmes, including pensions, health insurance, life/disability coverage, and wellness initiatives across multiple international markets.

  • Drive operational excellence: Support benefits enrolment cycles and drive continuous improvements to administration processes and systems, leveraging Workday functionality.

  • Manage vendor relationships: Lead day-to-day liaison with brokers and insurers, tracking vendor performance, and supporting renewal and RFP processes.

  • Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with HR Ops, HRBPs, Procurement, Legal, Tax, and Finance to ensure smooth programme delivery and act as an escalation point for complex employee queries.

Analysis & Communications

  • Conduct market benchmarking: Run cost and market analysis to assess the competitiveness of current offerings and inform plan design, renewal strategies, and programme enhancements.

  • Optimise data and insights: Analyse claims and utilisation data to identify trends, track budgets, surface risks, and make data-informed recommendations for health and wellbeing initiatives.

  • Elevate employee communication: Develop and maintain employee-facing communications, including enrolment guides, FAQs, and digital content, to ensure complex benefits topics are clear and accessible.

Essential

  • Significant experience in multi-country benefits: Proven ability to manage and administer benefit programmes across multiple international jurisdictions, with a strong understanding of local compliance requirements.

  • Data-driven mindset: Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel, with a demonstrated depth in working with complex data to identify trends, track budgets, and support decision-making.

  • HRIS capability: Practical familiarity with HRIS platforms (preferably Workday) and how benefits processes integrate with SaaS HR systems.

  • Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management: Proven ability to manage external brokers and partner effectively with cross-functional global teams across multiple time zones.

  • Clear, impact-driven communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of translating complex benefits data and policies into clear, employee-friendly language.

Nice to Have

  • Fast-paced sector experience: Background working within a high-growth tech or fast-moving marketplace environment.

  • System implementation exposure: Experience supporting system enhancements or implementations within Workday benefits modules.
