The most ideal person for this role is a relationship alchemist who understands that behind every great mind is a person who needs to feel genuinely understood and valued. You're the type of person who can walk into a room with a skeptical Fortune 500 CEO or a world-renowned thought leader and leave with them excited about possibilities they didn't even know existed. You know that exceptional customer success means unlocking human potential at scale and turning customers into co-creators of the future.

  • Natural relationship builder who earns trust quickly with high-profile creators, executives, and public figures

  • Strategic operator who spots 100x value opportunities and knows how to execute on them

  • High EQ with enough technical fluency to navigate complex product capabilities and translate them into real outcomes

  • Background in digital media, creator economy, or innovative tech products with direct experience managing high-caliber accounts

  • Build deep, lasting relationships with top-tier customers and translate complex technical concepts into value they immediately understand

  • Design and implement customer success frameworks, onboarding flows, and adoption strategies that scale

  • Proactively identify and solve problems before customers ever experience them

  • Turn successful customers into vocal champions and compelling case studies

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end success journey for our most strategic customers, from onboarding and training through ongoing optimization

  • Voice of the customer feedback loop into product development, ensuring what you learn shapes what we build

  • Expansion, retention, and success metrics for key accounts, reported directly to executive stakeholders

  • Scalable success playbooks and best practices that raise the bar across the entire customer base

We work on hard problems. Our team is full of former founders, and entrepreneurial individuals who are taking on immense initiatives.

There is extreme upside. Very competitive salary and equity in a company on a breakout trajectory.
