Position: Sales Representative  - Security Guard Services
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 per year + Commission. potential to earn $100k+ year

Key Responsibilities: 

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  •  Conduct client consultations to assess security needs and propose tailored solutions
  •  Prepare and deliver compelling presentations proposals and completed agreements.
  •  Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams
  •  Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
    
  • Must be detail oriented  
  • Must be punctual 
    
       
    
    

Qualifications:

-    Minimum 3 years of extensive experience in sales related to the security Guard industry
-    Proven B2B sales track record
-    Able to work independently and self-motivated
-    Strong communication and negotiation skills
-    Familiarity with security services is mandatory
-    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-    High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
