Dempsey Uniform is actively hiring Production Associates for our growing plant in Sunbury, PA.

We are looking for dedicated Full-time Production Workers to join our team immediately! Enjoy stable employment with a growing, family-owned company. If you're looking for first-shift work, we offer full-time positions from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, five days a week, with a starting pay of $15.90 per hour.

Large Piece Operator: Feed large items like tablecloths, sheets, and towels onto feeder belts for ironing and folding.

Small Piece Operator: Feed small linens like napkins, aprons, and pillowcases onto feeder belts for ironing and folding.

Linen Catcher: Collect and stack folded linen items as they exit the folding machine or ironer, loading them onto transport racks.

Meet production standards efficiently.

Perform all assigned duties in a safe manner, adhering to OSHA standards and directives.

Report any unsafe conditions or practices to management promptly.

Other duties as assigned.

Many have prior experience working in a fast-paced environments which have included production, manufacturing, assembly, picking, catching, shipping, packing, warehouse, restaurant or retail positions

Have the ability to meet the physical requirements of the position (moderate lifting, repetitive motions such as gripping and grasping, and standing 8 hours/day)

Are team players who act with honesty and integrity

Must be at least 18 years old.

Highly reliable work performance record.

Successful completion of extensive pre-employment checks, including a background check and drug screen.

Reliable transportation for scheduled reporting.

Physical ability to meet job requirements, including standing for 10 hours per day, bending, twisting, squatting, repetitive hand motions, and lifting a minimum of 15 lbs.

Demonstrate a superior work ethic with consistent attendance.
