Product Manager - DentalEZ

We are seeking a highly motivated upstream marketing professional to join our team! This position requires a naturally curious, self-motivated personality to fully engage in key growth categories with high visibility within the organization.

· Deep experience in typical upstream activities including full life-cycle ownership with a focus on new products and value proposition development

· Experience launching multiple new product introductions - including new platforms and sustaining innovations

· Experienced in customer needs ranking by employing research techniques

· High emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt to a wide variety of departmental personalities

· Strong executive presence with the ability to influence in a matrixed organization

· Experienced in creating near and long-term product roadmaps aligned with R&D and sales

· Experienced in establishing clear design input requirements, new product and existing product sales forecasts, and managing to financial KPI metrics for product portfolio

· Engaging presenter able to elicit confidence and rapport with a sales organization, channel partners and a variety of customer types

· Experience in leading new product and refresh campaigns with downstream and marcomm partners including marketing programs, sales tools, digital and printed literature

· Ability to engage sales team members and customers and develop unique insights and trends

· Participate in tradeshows, training programs, end user presentations, dealer meetings, and other similar events

· Ability and willingness to travel as required

· Bachelor's Degree in technical or business; MBA preferred

· 7-10 years relevant experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, dental preferred

· Downstream marketing or marketing communications experience a plus

· Desire to mentor and coach

· Strong project management skills
