B2B Technical SEO Content Writer

Responsibilities Job Overview: We are looking for a B2B Technical SEO Content Writer who can create high-quality content that ranks well, drives qualified leads, and supports sales efforts. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who can work efficiently, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and contribute proactively to the team. This role focuses on high-intent content, conversion optimization, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate can translate complex outsourcing services into clear, persuasive messaging and operate with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Key Responsibilities: Create and optimize SEO-driven content targeting high-intent (bottom-of-funnel) keywords across blogs, web pages, email, social media, and other digital platforms. Improve landing page performance and conversion rates through content and messaging optimization Develop sales enablement assets such as case studies, landing pages, and whitepapers Conduct keyword research aligned with commercial and revenue goals Perform on-page, off-page, and basic technical SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and structure Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with pipeline and deal support needs Monitor performance (traffic, rankings, conversions) and recommend improvements based on data Deliver content on time with strong ownership and minimal revisions Proactively suggest and implement content or SEO improvements on a regular basis Requirements Proven experience in SEO content writing for B2B, ideally in outsourcing, recruitment, or related industries Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms (e.g., Wincher) Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress Basic knowledge of technical SEO (HTML/CSS) is a plus Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time setup Strong communication and collaboration skills Work Arrangement Work Setup: On-site Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 8:00 am flexi start time, should complete 4 hours work Why you should join our team!
