Responsibilities We are seeking a Senior Growth and Social Media Strategist to take full ownership of our social commerce engine. You will be responsible for scaling our presence on Meta, Instagram, and Pinterest while building our TikTok presence from the ground up. This is a high autonomy role designed for someone who brings their own ideas to the table, stays ahead of platform trends, and proactively innovates our marketing tactics without needing step by step direction. 1. Paid Media and Strategy (Meta, Pinterest, Instagram) Full Funnel Management: Architect, launch, and optimize high performing ad campaigns on Meta and Pinterest. Budget and ROAS Ownership: Take responsibility for ad spend efficiency by performing in depth analytics to ensure maximum ROI. Growth Innovation: Proactively suggest and test new ad formats, bidding strategies, and creative angles to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry. 2. TikTok Development and Social Presence Launch and Scale: Lead the development TikTok account, including content planning, filming, and engagement. Trend Identification: Use social listening to jump on emerging trends and cultural moments relevant to home decor and lighting. Organic Strategy: Manage daily posting and community engagement across all platforms, maintaining a premium brand voice. 3. Influencer and Micro Influencer Relations Relationship Building: Identify, recruit, and manage long term partnerships with micro influencers in the interior design and home improvement space. Campaign Execution: Manage the end to end process: from briefing and product seeding to tracking deliverables and analyzing influencer driven sales. 4. Professional Content Production Visual Excellence: Use professional software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere Pro, CapCut Desktop) to produce high end image and video assets. 5. Creative Innovation: Constantly iterate on visual styles to improve thumb stop rates and conversion. Requirements Experience: 5+ years in E-commerce growth or social media management, with a proven track record of scaling brands. Autonomy: A natural problem-solver who prefers to present solutions rather than wait for instructions. Tech Stack: Expert in Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, and professional editing tools. AI Mastery: Highly proficient in using AI (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to enhance content production and data analysis. Analytics: Strong capability in Google Analytics (GA4) and performance reporting. Collaborative Technology Proficiency: Expertise in professional project management and communication tools (e.g., Monday.com, ClickUp, or Trello) and Slack/Google Chat. Must be comfortable managing tasks, deadlines, and shared asset libraries in a cloud-based environment. Work Arrangement Work Setup: On-site Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 8:00 am PHT flexible start, should complete nine (9) hours work Why you should join our team!
