Senior SEO Consultant

This role is part of our Creative & Media team based in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Creatives, Influencer Marketers, Brand & Content Strategists to Account Managers, Programmatic and Marketing Automation Consultants. Together, we blend imaginative storytelling and performance-driven strategies with cutting-edge technology to create engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients.

Our SEO team empowers clients to develop and grow their online businesses through organic search in all its shapes and forms. You will go beyond simply executing SEO tasks; you will function as a strategic advisor to our clients by understanding their needs, challenging their goals, assessing feasibility and proposing hands-on solutions.

This role requires an advanced level of SEO expertise, strategic planning skills, and a results-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate can manage and optimize SEO strategies and guide other SEO consultants effectively. You are a critical and analytical thinker, both curious and creative, with a solid understanding of SEO and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.

• →Lead strategic SEO initiatives, developing comprehensive roadmaps and recommendations that drive client growth
• →Translate complex SEO data and performance insights into clear, actionable recommendations and present findings effectively to clients and internal stakeholders
• →Guide and mentor other SEO consultants in executing strategies while maintaining quality standards and taking end-to-end ownership of client outcomes
• →Conduct advanced technical SEO audits, content strategy assessments, as well as foundational analyses (keyword research, backlink audits, technical scans) as project needs require
• →Take charge of end-to-end project management, ensuring that all client deliverables and sub-projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within defined budgets
• →Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in organic search, continuously refining strategies and optimizing performance based on data

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Extensive experience working in SEO
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance
• Strong technical SEO and content strategy expertise
• Strategic SEO leadership with the ability to develop and manage multi-market, multi-channel integrated strategies
• Ability to translate complex results into clear insights and present them effectively to different stakeholders, with end-to-end ownership and strong presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
