This role is part of our eBay x Tise Inhouse team, where you will be employed by DEPT® but embedded within eBay x Tise.
The Sourcing & Listing Operator at Tise is responsible for product sourcing and listing for the German market. This position is responsible for sourcing inventory, creating product listings and ensuring efficient customer services while contributing to a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Source, document and manage inventory, including preparing and shipping sold products
- →Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
- →Create and manage product listings to ensure a relevant assortment that represents the German market
- →Collaborate with the Operations Manager on pricing strategies
- →Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience throughout the buyer journey
- →Capture product photography for listings, this can be in everyday settings, such as at home or outside
- Experience in fashion, retail, e-commerce logistics, or customer service is a plus
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel and basic knowledge of product photography
- Proficiency in both English and German languages
- Knowledge of industry trends
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Logistics and operational coordination experience
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage daily operations efficiently
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on results and performance
