Working Student - Office Management (d/f/m)

• →In Office Management, you will be the first point of contact for our employees, customers and service providers at our Hamburg location
• →Reception activities; telephone management, welcoming guests, receiving office deliveries, coordinating service providers
• →Coordinating in-office catering, so that all Depsters are always well provided for
• →Support/coordination of team meetings, as well as office events and support of team requests
• →Manage hospitality documentation
• →Maintain order in the office, so we provide a comfortable working environment for all Depsters

• • A person that can work up to 20 hours per week
  • Proficiency in Google Tools
  • Have strong teamwork and communication skills, with a friendly and welcoming approach
  • Professional working proficiency in German and English
  • You are characterised by a strong service orientation and organisational talent
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry in a customer service role, or office management/reception management role is beneficial
