You will collaborate with our team to ensure all aspects of the itinerary—from transportation to accommodations and activities—are well-organized and tailored to the client’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients to gather travel details, preferences, and expectations
Research destinations, accommodations, and activities to create well-rounded itineraries
Organize trip details including transportation, lodging, excursions, and special requests
Provide clear, easy-to-follow itineraries for clients prior to departure
Update and adjust itineraries as needed to accommodate changes
Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communication
Stay informed on travel trends, destination updates, and industry best practices
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
Interest in travel and creating memorable client experiences
Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required
