We’re DF Capital – a specialist bank providing award-winning commercial finance, retail finance, and savings products to consumers and small businesses.
Based in Manchester, we serve thousands of customers across the UK and into Europe, supporting their ambitions with tailored financial solutions.
We help our customers realise their ambitions by doing things differently – combining the agility and innovation of a specialist lender with the security and service standards of a regulated bank. Whether it’s flexible lending structures or straightforward savings options, we focus on what matters most to our customers.
In 2025, we launched DF Capital Retail Finance – a subsidiary of DF Capital Bank Limited – to offer specialist hire purchase solutions to retail customers.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a graduate to start their accountancy career in the Finance Team of DF Capital Bank, a growing bank in the heart of Manchester city centre.
Although the role will predominantly report to the Financial Controller, it will offer a wide range of finance responsibilities, giving exposure to other areas of finance including FP&A, treasury, and regulatory reporting. This role would suit a proactive, enthusiastic graduate with basic accounting understanding that is looking to gain further finance experience.
DF Capital is a specialist savings and commercial lending banking group which is growing at incredible pace. This combination means the graduate accountant will be encouraged to take on responsibilities, work on their own projects and drive process improvements. In this dynamic environment there will be opportunities to work on ad hoc tasks and collaborate on cross-department initiatives. Throughout comprehensive training, support and mentoring will be available.
