Automation Anywhere Engineer (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Anywhere Engineer to join our RPA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360/Enterprise. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand process requirements and deliver high-quality automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and reduce manual workloads.

  Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360/Enterprise.

  Lead automation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance.

  Create reusable components, frameworks, and libraries to streamline development.

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize existing business processes.

  Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and team members.

  Ensure adherence to best practices in RPA design, development, and deployment.

  Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and maintain documentation.

  Support the RPA production environment and troubleshoot any issues.

  Stay updated on the latest RPA trends and Automation Anywhere updates.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in software development or automation.

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (v11 and/or A360).

• Experience with task bots, meta bots, and control room configuration.

• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, VBScript, or JavaScript.

• Solid understanding of relational databases, APIs, and web services.

• Familiarity with agile development practices and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Automation Anywhere Master or Advanced Certified.

• Experience with other RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus.

• Exposure to cloud-based automation and OCR tools like IQ Bot.

• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
