Electrical Apprentice

Description

• →Assist experienced electricians with installing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential electrical systems 
• →Carry and organize tools, equipment, and materials on job sites 
• →Pull wire, run conduit, and prep devices under supervision 
• →Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace 
• →Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE 
• →Attend jobsite meetings and receive on-the-job training from experienced electricians 
• →Participate in company training sessions and licensing programs as required 
• →Communicate professionally with team members and customers 

• Willingness to Learn: Takes instruction seriously and applies feedback quickly 
• Dependability: Arrives on time, prepared, and ready to work 
• Mechanical Aptitude: Has basic understanding of tools, materials, and construction sites 
• Team-Oriented: Supports licensed electricians and contributes to a productive crew dynamic 
• Attention to Detail: Handles tasks carefully and checks work for accuracy 
• Safety Awareness: Understands jobsite risks and follows all safety guidelines 

• High school diploma or GED 
• No electrical experience required 
• Prior customer service experience 
• Must be enrolled in or willing to join an apprenticeship licensing program 
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening 
• Able to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or at heights
