Responsibilities

→Support licensed plumbers in installations, repairs, and maintenance
→Learn to safely and confidently operate professional drain cleaning equipment
→Perform drain cleaning and hydro jetting services as needed
→Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and efficiently in residential and commercial settings
→Become skilled in identifying, clearing and preventing common drain stoppages
→Cut, measure, and fit piping and fixtures
→Perform high-quality repairs, replacements, and upgrades on plumbing systems and fixtures
→Troubleshoot water heaters, piping systems, valves, fixtures, and drainage systems
→Learn and apply plumbing codes and safety standards
→Ensure all work is completed in compliance with applicable plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures
→Attend required training and safety meetings
→Perform physically demanding work throughout the day in a variety of weather conditions
→Follow directions carefully and maintain a teachable attitude
→Accurately document work performed, materials used, and job notes in company software
→Provide world class customer experience. Provide clear explanations of plumbing issues, repair options, and recommended solutions
