We are seeking a skilled and collaborative DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure and deployment pipelines. In this role, you will drive automation, improve system performance, and support CI/CD practices across the organization. Working closely with Development, QA, Security, and Infrastructure teams, you will streamline software delivery, enhance operational efficiency, and support both cloud-based and on-premises environments.
Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the Katowice office.
Designing and managing cloud infrastructure across Azure-based environments.
Implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, ARM, Ansible, or similar tools.
Administering container platforms and registries, including Azure Container Registry (ACR).
Developing and optimizing deployment workflows using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and related technologies.
Applying blue-green, canary, and rolling deployment strategies.
Managing artifacts, packages, and dependencies across the software lifecycle.
Establishing monitoring, logging, and alerting capabilities to improve visibility and reliability.
Troubleshooting platform, application, and release issues while identifying root causes.
Embedding security controls and compliance requirements throughout engineering practices.
Governing secrets, access permissions, and vulnerability remediation activities.
Contributing to architecture reviews, platform enhancements, and technology evaluations.
Creating and maintaining documentation, runbooks, and operational guidance.
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, system administration, and networking fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and infrastructure management.
- Proven experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines and automation solutions.
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or other scripting languages.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration technologies.
- Familiarity with Git, artifact repositories (Nexus, Artifactory), and SQL database fundamentals.
Desired
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, including Terraform, Bicep, and Ansible.
Knowledge of DevSecOps principles, security automation, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and relevant certifications such as Azure DevOps Engineer, CKA, or Terraform Associate.

Pay Transparency Statement
The monthly base salary range for this position starts from 9,900.00 PLN gross.
Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
