About the Role
We are looking for motivated student to join our Katowice office as a Student Developer. In this role, you will combine hands-on hardware work with software development, supporting remote engineering teams and contributing to internal tools and retail solutions.
This position offers a clear growth path toward becoming an independent developer, with exposure to real-world systems and end-to-end processes
Hardware & Remote Support
- Receive and manage hardware delivered from other company locations
- Set up, connect, and configure devices and testing environments
- Handle requests from remote teams by performing testing activities using real hardware
- Execute test scenarios on behalf of distributed teams working remotely
- Troubleshoot hardware and environment-related issues
- Maintain documentation of setups and configurations
Development & Engineering
- Develop and maintain internal tools supporting team operations
- Provide part-time support in customizing retail products
- Collaborate with developers on improving solutions and automation
- Gradually take ownership of development tasks and build independence
Essential:
- Student status (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field)
- Good knowledge of C# programming
- Good understanding of SQL
- Good knowledge of .NET Core or .NET Framework
- Basic understanding of hardware setup and configuration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills (working with remote teams)
- Communicative English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have:
- Interest in hardware-software integration
- Experience with debugging, testing, or lab environments
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Previous experience in retail (e.g., store operations, POS systems, or customer-facing roles) will be an advantage
- Understanding of Design patterns
Understanding of API platforms

Pay Transparency Statement
The monthly base salary range for this position starts from 7,100.00 PLN gross
Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
