  • Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce, CPQ, and product platforms—resolving integration and data queries for Sales while continuously identifying opportunities to optimize the deal process.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Operations leadership to drive business reviews and deliver operational insights that support forecasting and optimize deal structures to accelerate ARR growth.

  • An analytical and adaptable thinker who thrives in the grey area—capable of navigating ambiguity, reconciling conflicting requirements, and designing creative solutions where no clear playbook exists.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence and professional presence to engage and align with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, document, and drive adoption of streamlined workflows that improve productivity across diverse teams.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the resilience to prioritize effectively, maintain poise, and drive momentum under tight deadlines during high-volume peak periods.
