Senior Manager, Fund Management

• →Support financial analysis workstreams across private capital, ensuring alignment with DLR’s strategic objectives
• →Develop and manage fund models to track investment performance; create / maintain updated forecasts for both stabilized and development assets, sensitivity analysis, cash and liquidity planning, and build dynamic waterfall structures 
• →Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, including Acquisitions, Asset Management, Finance & Accounting, on operational and financial matters
• →Support fund-related acquisitions, dispositions, financing, coordinating with both internal and external parties   
• →Ensure timely delivery of recurring fund deliverables and resolve unexpected issues effectively
• →Assist with investor reporting and coordinate operational and compliance obligations such as investor side-letter tracking and monitoring to ensure proper adherence to terms 
• →Manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Accounting
• 2 to 6 years of quantitative experience preferably in investment banking, private equity, commercial real estate or investment management
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Argus a plus
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a track record of meeting strict deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of responsibilities to ensure accurate deliverables to key stakeholders
• Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, including comfort working with vast data to develop  insights
• Strong work ethic and self-starter, with adaptability to feedback and to apply continuous improvement
