Senior Manager, Fund Management

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support financial analysis workstreams across private capital, ensuring alignment with DLR’s strategic objectives
- →Develop and manage fund models to track investment performance; create / maintain updated forecasts for both stabilized and development assets, sensitivity analysis, cash and liquidity planning, and build dynamic waterfall structures
- →Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, including Acquisitions, Asset Management, Finance & Accounting, on operational and financial matters
- →Support fund-related acquisitions, dispositions, financing, coordinating with both internal and external parties
- →Ensure timely delivery of recurring fund deliverables and resolve unexpected issues effectively
- →Assist with investor reporting and coordinate operational and compliance obligations such as investor side-letter tracking and monitoring to ensure proper adherence to terms
- →Manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Accounting
- 2 to 6 years of quantitative experience preferably in investment banking, private equity, commercial real estate or investment management
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Argus a plus
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a track record of meeting strict deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of responsibilities to ensure accurate deliverables to key stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, including comfort working with vast data to develop insights
- Strong work ethic and self-starter, with adaptability to feedback and to apply continuous improvement

Our published pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and geographical location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. Moreover, an employee’s total compensation package varies by role and may include salary, cash bonus or commissions, and equity awards not quantified below.
Compensation range: This compensation range $170,000 - $190,000 + bonus
