Responsibilities

Lead, grow, and own the strategic direction of key regional and global accounts across social, content, creative, and influencer marketing.

Develop and oversee social and digital strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives, brand positioning, and market trends.

Oversee the end-to-end development and execution of digital marketing activations, from strategy to delivery and optimization.

Guide reporting, KPI measurement, and analytics to monitor performance, extract insights, and continuously optimize campaigns.

Act as a senior strategic partner to clients, building strong, trusted relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

Manage account operations, including budgeting, forecasting, resource prioritization, and account profitability.

Lead, mentor, and develop account teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, performance, and influencer teams to ensure integrated and impactful outcomes.

Stay at the forefront of social media, influencer marketing, and digital trends, translating insights into actionable strategies.
