We’re seeking a Clinical Education Specialist – France to lead the development and delivery of clinical education initiatives for our GYN Surgical Solutions portfolio. In this role, you will design impactful training programs, collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders, and support the effective adoption of our technologies across France.

Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Clinical Application teams, you will play a key role in strengthening clinical engagement, organizing training initiatives, and representing Hologic within the surgical and gynecological community.

  • Design and deliver clinical training programs for healthcare professionals at different experience levels
  • Organize and coordinate clinical immersions, user meetings, and masterclasses
  • Deliver hands‑on training using simulators and training equipment (no patient procedures)
  • Partner with Sales and Clinical Application teams to support product adoption and clinical education
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and clinical societies
  • Support scientific congresses and educational symposia to strengthen engagement with the clinical community
  • Develop and maintain training resources, collateral, and educational tools
  • Manage training logistics, equipment preparation, and event coordination
  • Ensure documentation and compliance for interactions with healthcare professionals and societies in line with French regulations
  • Contribute to medical education budget planning and program management

Requirements

  • Background in nursing, operating room environments, clinical practice, or medical devices
  • Experience in clinical training, medical education, clinical applications, or medical device sales support
  • Familiarity with the surgical and hospital environment, ideally in gynecology or minimally invasive surgery
  • Experience organizing training programs, workshops, or clinical education events
  • Ability to build strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, KOLs, and professional societies
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver initiatives from planning through execution
  • Knowledge of French compliance requirements related to HCP interactions and sponsorship transparency
  • Experience with advanced surgical technologies or robotic surgery is an advantage
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach and passion for clinical education and improving patient care
