Collections Analyst 2 CR

Be actively enrolled in and have completed at least 50% of a bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.

• →Responsible for resolving account issues as assigned in the recovering of delinquent and outstanding balances. Escalates complex issues and may recommend 3rd party external collection action. Provides information for reporting and audits. Collaborates with credit team to address potential credit concerns and partners with cross-functional dept. (sales/customer service) to resolve account issues.  Handle customer disputes and coordinate resolution. 

• → Contact assigned customers on delinquent accounts for resolution and collection of past dues  

• →Review accounts receivable aging schedule for delinquencies 

• →Understand major customer profiles and analyze new account payment terms 

• →Provide regular communication, reporting and review of collection activity  

• →Escalate significant delinquent accounts to management 

• →Ensure accurate documentation of collection activity in Oracle 

• →Recommends write-offs of doubtful accounts 

• →Ensure seamless coordination with Cash Application on collection of delinquent accounts and short payments 

• →Handle customer disputes and coordinate resolution 

• →Provide support during internal and external audits 

• →Partner effectively with all customers facing departments to ensure current and accurate customer status and disposition   

• →Complete other duties and projects as assigned 

• Detail orientation, organizational skills and high degree of accuracy  

• Preferred: Free Zone Knowledge, Oracle  

• Microsoft Office 

• B2 English language fluency
