Data is everywhere. Turning it into clear direction for the business—that’s where this role comes in.
As Director of Commercial Analytics and Demand Planning for our Diagnostics division, you’ll lead the team responsible for translating data, market signals, and commercial inputs into insights that shape strategy and improve forecasting. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing Operations, Finance, and IT to connect the dots across the business. From building advanced analytics capabilities to strengthening demand planning and S&OP processes, your work will help leaders make smarter decisions and position the business for continued growth.

  • Lead and develop teams responsible for Commercial Insights & Analytics, Channel Analytics, and Demand Planning.
  • Establish a clear vision for how analytics supports commercial strategy and operational planning across the Diagnostics division.
  • Build scalable analytics capabilities that turn complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Lead the commercial forecasting and demand planning processes across monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles.
  • Strengthen the S&OP process by translating market dynamics and commercial assumptions into reliable demand signals.
  • Deliver predictive analytics, market modeling, and ad hoc analyses that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Integrate insights from market research, industry intelligence, and internal data to shape go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reporting tools that give leadership real-time visibility into business performance.
  • Monitor channel, product, and market trends to proactively guide commercial strategy.
  • Champion analytics-driven decision-making and lead change initiatives that improve planning and forecasting capabilities.

You’re someone who can move comfortably between the data and the boardroom. You know how to build strong teams, navigate complex organizations, and influence senior leaders with clear, practical insights. You’re curious by nature, always asking what the data is really telling the business. At the same time, you understand that analytics only matters if it drives action. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business language will be essential. Experience leading change and building scalable processes in fast-moving environments will set you up for success.
