Childcare Assistant Teacher

Discovery Point Lutz is on the hunt for Preschool Teachers who show up with energy, lead with heart, and genuinely light up around little learners. What You’ll Be Doing

•    Creating a fun, safe, and engaging classroom environment

•    Leading hands-on activities, circle time, crafts, and play-based learning

•    Helping little learners grow socially, emotionally, and academically

•    Building positive relationships with children and families

•    Surviving glitter explosions with grace and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

•    Positive attitude and reliable work ethic

•    Genuine love for working with children

•    Team player mentality — we’re all in this together

•    DCF 45 Hours preferred (or willingness to complete)

•    CDA/Staff Credential is a plus for lead positions

•    Experience in childcare or preschool preferred, but personality matters most!
