District Partners has been retained by a growing outpatient behavioral health organization that is expanding into the Vancouver, WA market and is seeking a Clinical Director to help build and lead a high-quality outpatient behavioral health program.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support across outpatient behavioral health services
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to help build and scale the Vancouver market
  • Support, mentor, and develop clinicians, supervisors, and clinical staff
  • Ensure high-quality therapeutic services and adherence to evidence-based practices
  • Review clinical documentation, workflows, and treatment standards to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Assist with development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and quality initiatives
  • Provide consultation and support on complex clinical cases and crisis situations
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and clinician-supportive culture
  • Identify opportunities for operational and clinical process improvement
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of clinical staff
  • Support program expansion efforts and future growth initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, ethical standards, and organizational expectations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and administrative leadership to improve patient and team experience
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Active Washington State licensure as LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or Psychologist
  • 7+ years of clinical experience within behavioral health or outpatient mental health settings
  • Prior leadership, supervision, or program management experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and clinical best practices
  • Experience supporting clinicians, improving workflows, and maintaining quality/compliance standards
  • Comfortable operating within a growing and evolving organization
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems
