Argentina: Córdoba, Buenos Aires, Mendoza Mexico Guatemala

⏰ Schedule Monday to Friday

EST (Reference): 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

🌎 Local Working Hours:

🇦🇷 Argentina: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM 🇲🇽 Mexico: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 🇬🇹 Guatemala: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

💼 About the Role We are dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in personal injury cases and are looking for a highly organized, proactive Legal Assistant to join our growing team.

📌 Key Responsibilities

✅ Maintain consistent communication with clients (Client Follow-Up) ✅ Coordinate with hospitals, police stations, insurance companies, and other entities ✅ Manage high-volume caseloads efficiently ✅ Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance ✅ Schedule and follow up on physical therapy appointments ✅ Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

🧠 Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Background or studies in Law, Legal Studies, or Sworn Translation (preferred) 📆 Minimum 1 year of legal experience (local experience accepted, no US experience required) 🌍 English Level: C1 (Advanced) ⚡ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 🔄 Adaptability in fast-paced environments 🗂️ Strong organizational and multitasking skills 🗣️ Excellent written and verbal communication in English 🔐 High level of professionalism handling confidential information
