Job Opportunity: Sales Enablement Associate Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina (On-site) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 Requirement: Advanced English proficiency (B2+)
About the Role The Sales Enablement Associate provides sales leaders and business consultants with learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success. Partnering with the sales team and the broader Enablement and RevOps team, this role is a key contributor to sales effectiveness. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities Support enablement programs aligned to GTM priorities and revenue goals.
Assist in managing budget requests through SFDC, ensuring accuracy and tracking ROI.
Support the Enablement Training Team in delivering high-quality learning experiences.
Create and maintain Winner’s Circle articles and content.
Support product launches and GTM campaigns.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to influence content creation.
Optimize sales processes and ensure adoption of Enablement tools.
Manage and maintain Enablement content in Seismic.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, RevOps, and CS to align GTM execution.
Measure program effectiveness using adoption metrics, productivity indicators, and revenue impact.
Gather and relay field feedback to refine Enablement programs and strategy.
Serve as a liaison between Sales Teams, Solution Consultants, product support, and specialized Sales Teams.
Assist in the development and enhancement of sales tools and processes.
Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with Vensure sales process and culture.
Experience in sales, marketing, or learning management.
Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and GTM motions (inbound, outbound, partner-led, product-led, service-led).
Strong project management skills with a sense of ownership.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working with marketing on cohesive content creation.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Data-driven approach to designing and measuring enablement impact.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
