Business Coordinator

We're recruiting a Business Coordinator for one of our clients, who is a leading manufacturing company based in Dubai, UAE. About Our Client: Our client is a leading manufacturing company based in Dubai, UAE, specializing in delivering innovative industrial solutions across diverse sectors. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with all departments to track progress on ongoing tasks, projects, and key initiatives Gather, verify, and consolidate operational updates into structured reports for the CEO Ensure timely follow-up on action items and deadlines across departments Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and internal teams Identify delays, gaps, or risks and escalate them proactively Prepare summaries, dashboards, and briefing notes for management meetings Support the CEO in monitoring business performance and operational efficiency Maintain organized records of reports, communications, and key decisions Assist in special projects and strategic initiatives as required Requirements Bachelor’s degree in management or engineering 5–10+ years of experience in Business Coordination or Project Coordination Excellent command of Excel Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Benefits Competitive Salary Employee Benefits as per the UAE Labor Law
