Head of Production (Stones & Marbles)

We're recruiting a Head of Production (Stones & Marbles) for one of our clients, a reliable construction company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Key Responsibilities Leads all production activities including planning, cutting, finishing, and on-site installation of imported marble, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality project execution Lead and manage the full production cycle of imported marble from receiving to final installation Oversee cutting, polishing, and finishing processes to ensure quality standards are met Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery Optimize resource allocation, production scheduling, and manpower planning Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and operational protocols Analyze production data to identify improvements and reduce costs without compromising quality Requirements Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field 8–10 years of experience in the stone or marble industry with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role Proven track record of managing production teams, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work Experience in handling imported marble and coordinating with logistics and project teams Benefits Competitive Salary Employee Benefits as per the UAE Labor Law
