Technical Manager - Aluminum​ Systems Fabrication

We're recruiting a Technical Manager (Aluminum systems fabrication) for one of our clients, who is a leading manufacturing company based in Dubai, UAE. About Our Client: Our client is a leading manufacturing company based in Dubai, UAE, specializing in delivering innovative industrial solutions across diverse sectors. With a strong commitment to quality, operational excellence, and advanced manufacturing technologies, the company has established a solid reputation for delivering high-performance products and integrated production solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the pre-sales technical team, technical coordinators, and design engineers across multiple projects Drive the development of CNC-based solutions for metal fabrication, aluminum system processing, and automotive production lines Engage directly with customers to understand production requirements, cycle times, material specifications, and automation needs Define and optimize full production line layouts, including cutting, forming, machining, welding, and finishing processes Translate customer requirements into technically feasible, efficient, and scalable solutions Lead technical negotiations with customers, ensuring alignment on specifications, performance, and commercial expectations Coordinate with international suppliers to evaluate and select the most suitable machines and technologies Negotiate technical configurations, customization scope, delivery timelines, and performance criteria with suppliers Review and approve engineering designs, layout drawings, and machine integration plans Ensure compatibility and seamless integration of CNC machines within automated production lines, including robotics and material handling systems Drive cost optimization through value engineering, standardization, and efficient system design Support the sales team with technical presentations, proposals, and solution justifications Oversee the preparation of accurate and competitive technical proposals and documentation Provide technical support during project execution, installation, and commissioning phases when required Establish best practices, technical standards, and continuous improvement initiatives within the department Requirements Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering 5–10+ years of experience in CNC machinery, metal/aluminum systems fabrication, or automotive manufacturing Good command of the Chinese language Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Benefits Competitive Salary Employee Benefits as per the UAE Labor Law
