The SMB Inside Sales Development Program runs onsite for 10 weeks in our Global Headquarters in Jacksonville, FL. #TeamDNB development program participants will be introduced to our winning culture through hands-on learning experiences and exposure to real business projects. We are seeking self-motivated individuals who are interested and curious about a career in business or sales. You will work closely with the sales team to support day-to-day business activities related to growing the business and gain insights into our sales processes. Our teams are committed to partnering across the organization to serve and grow our customer base, build the Dun & Bradstreet brand, and understand the drivers of what ultimately brings in new customers and retains existing clients – all with the goal of ultimately delivering against our business goals.

As aspiring sales professionals, participants will be exposed to hands-on experiences where they will develop business acumen skills and gain a foundation in understanding sales tools and strategies. As an inside sales development program participant, you can expect to be involved in the following areas of our team:

  • Sales fundamentals
  • Dun & Bradstreet product knowledge
  • Prospecting & lead generation
  • Client engagement & relationship building
  • Networking opportunities
  • Must be currently enrolled in a four-year accredited degree program
  • Upcoming Spring/Summer 2026 graduates 
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Sales, Business Administration/Management, Communications, Marketing or related field of study
  • Strong communication, organizational and relationship building skills with strong customer focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to work in office 5 days per week during normal office working hours

Dun & Bradstreet is headquartered in Jacksonville, FL with offices throughout the U.S. and globally. SMB Inside Sales Development Program candidates should have the ability to work in our Jacksonville, FL office.
