About the team
The Commercial, General Health Services team is a pivotal component of Doctor Anywhere. As a dynamic and driven group, we lead business development and strategic partnership initiatives to foster collaborations with corporate organisations, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. Our goal is to deliver innovative solutions that enhance accessibility and efficiency in healthcare services for our clients and the broader community.

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Operations Executive to support our commercial team in day-to-day sales enablement and operational tasks. This role will focus on maintaining and updating sales materials (pitch decks, proposals, templates), coordinating eDMs and marketing collateral, and supporting the team with reporting and data analysis.



This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working across teams, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working with documents, data, and basic tools.



This role is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia and reports directly to the Head, Commercial, General Health Services.



A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:

Sales Enablement & Materials Support

  • Create, update and maintain sales collateral such as pitch decks, one-pagers, brochures, proposals, and product sheets.
  • Ensure sales materials are aligned with the latest branding, messaging, and product updates.
  • Manage version control and organise sales resources in shared drives or internal systems.
  • Support the creation and updating of standard sales templates (quotation templates, proposal formats, email templates, etc.).

eDM & Campaign Coordination

  • Assist in creating and updating eDM content for sales and client communications (using approved templates).
  • Coordinate internal approvals and ensure eDMs are accurate and consistent with brand tone.
    Maintain an archive of past eDMs and campaign assets for easy reference.

Data & Reporting Support

  • Perform simple data analysis and reporting for sales performance tracking.
  • Support weekly/monthly reporting (pipeline, lead conversion, outreach performance, client engagement).
  • Maintain sales trackers and dashboards (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Assist in CRM data hygiene by updating client records and ensuring accurate reporting.

Process & Administrative Support

  • Support sales operations processes such as onboarding new sales team members with access to tools and materials.
  • Help coordinate internal workflows between sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Assist with preparation of internal documents and sales meeting materials.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and operational tasks as assigned.

AI-Assisted Outbound & Sales Prospecting Support

  • Support the commercial team in executing AI-assisted outbound prospecting activities, including cold calls, cold emails, and follow-up sequences.
  • Assist in building and maintaining prospect lists using tools such as Apollo.io and other lead generation platforms, including lead enrichment and contact validation.
  • Support setup and optimisation of multi-touch outreach cadences (calls + emails + LinkedIn), leveraging automation and AI tools to improve productivity and response rates.
  • Support adoption and implementation of new AI sales tools (e.g., AI dialers, conversation intelligence platforms, email generation tools), including basic setup, troubleshooting, and user coordination.
  • Ensure outbound activities are accurately logged into CRM and support CRM hygiene, ensuring clean reporting and pipeline visibility.



About you

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, marketing operations, or administrative roles (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables and basic formulas preferred) and Microsoft Powerpoint / Google Slides. Experience in using graphic design tools like Canva is a plus. 
  • Experience using AI tools for sales prospecting and enhancing sales productivity. Strong discipline in maintaining CRM data accuracy.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong written communication skills (for eDM and template drafting support).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
