About the Role
~1 min readWe are looking for a Warehouse Technician to join our Logistics team in Huntley, IL, reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient flow of materials, accurate order fulfillment, and overall warehouse operations that support our customers worldwide.
Responsibilities
~1 min readPick and prepare orders using FIFO standards
Stage and pack orders according to customer requirements
Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers
Process shipments using UPS, FedEx, and customer portals
Receive inbound air and sea shipments
Store materials in designated locations
Record and manage incoming shipments in the system
Process transactions in SAP
Create advanced shipping notices and invoices via EDI platforms
Support basic assembly of components (e.g., wiper arms)
Follow documented procedures and quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support forklift charging and maintenance
Ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines
Assist with returned product evaluation and handling
Support team initiatives and additional operational needs
High School Diploma or GED required
1–2 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
Basic computer skills (data entry, systems navigation)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Forklift certification (preferred)
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
