Responsibilities – Two Aspects to this Role
Role #1 – 60% - HV Architecture Integration Lead
- Own system requirements documents (HV architecture specbook & HV system mechanization)
- Lead change request and what-if study evaluations for HV system
- Coordinate work and rapid studies across the Energy Systems organization; support weekly team kickoff meetings and manage agenda topics.
- Own integration of all HV components into the HV Bus Architecture, including mechanical and electrical interfaces and requirements.
- Own HV and support LV bus specification documents, as well as the HV mechanization diagram.
- Support integration of all HV components into the HV Bus Architecture, covering mechanical and electrical interfaces and associated requirements.
- Own maintenance of HV and supporting LV bus specification documents.
- Own HV mechanization diagram, keep it updated. Provide strong expertise in integrating power electronics into the HV bus.
- Someone with HV component integration experience.
- They will need to review the HV architecture spec book

Role #2 – 40% - Energy Systems Integration Lead
- Support integration of all Energy Systems sub systems (HV Battery, Thermal, Charging, HV/LV Bus, HV Safety) into the vehicle platform to meet metrics on time and with quality.
- Lead collaboration meetings: schedule meetings, collect agenda topics, lead discussions, document decisions and assign + follow up on action items
- Identify gaps in interface definitions and work with teams to ensure consistent expectations and alignment across communication paths.
- Support Energy team completing project development deliverables – utilize strong program management skills to ensure gaps are closed.
- Support weekly Energy Systems kickoff meetings and help manage agenda topics.
- Collaborate effectively within a high-performing Energy Systems team and across cross-functional partners.

- Works well in a team and fosters a collaborative, innovative work environment.
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working with incomplete or evolving information.
- Works closely with power electronics, battery systems, and control systems engineers to integrate thermal and energy solutions seamlessly.
- Collaborates with manufacturing teams to support the production and assembly of Energy sub‑systems.
- Familiarity with VW Group systems and prior experience on VW Group programs preferred.
- German language proficiency preferred.
