Location - Onsite at our Burr Ridge production facility
About the Role
~1 min readThe Material Handler is responsible for safely operating stand up forklifts to transport, load, and unload materials within warehouses, production areas, or shipping docks.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Operate a stand-up forklift truck in a warehouse environment with pedestrians and other forklift trucks
- →Keep the order picking lines operational with timely product restocks
- →Accurately receive and safely put away inbound finished goods and supply deliveries
- →Track inventory with RF scanners and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- →Ensure proper stock rotation and First-In First-Out (FIFO) process
- →Train on the Burr Ridge receiving process
- High School diploma, GED, or other relevant work experience
- Minimum 1 year prior experience and certification on a forklift
- Experience safely operating a stand-up forklift a plus (will train on-site)
- The ability to lift and/or carry up to 50lbs of materials
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Lean Manufacturing experience (5S / Six Sigma)
- Experience working with a WMS, ERP, or other inventory management system
- OSHA or other formal safety training

Base Pay range for this position:
- $23.40 per hour
The final discretionary compensation that will be offered for this role depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
