About the Role

~2 min read

As the Senior Manager of Walmart Supply Chain & Operations, you will own the end-to-end operational engine behind Dr. Squatch’s $200M+ Walmart business. This is a high-impact, execution-heavy role that sits at the intersection of supply chain and order management— responsible for keeping product flowing, replenishment performing, and Walmart relationships running smoothly. You will serve as the primary internal owner of Forecasting & Replenishment, and a close operational partner on Order to Cash as Dr. Squatch transitions these capabilities in-house. You will build and maintain a direct working relationship with Walmart's Replenishment Managers — proactively flagging DC/store-level risks, aligning on CPFR cadence, and surfacing Dr. Squatch supply constraints or opportunities before they become in-stock issues

You will work in close partnership with the Walmart account team and cross-functional partners in Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure the business operates with precision at scale. This role requires deep Walmart systems fluency, strong analytical instincts, and the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent operational workstreams without losing sight of the bigger commercial picture.

This role will report to the Head of Mass Channel.

This is a full-time role with company benefits based in Bentonville, AR. Proximity to Walmart’s home office is essential to this role.

This role's anticipated base compensation range will be $120,000 to $150,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.

  • Forecasting & Replenishment
    • Build and maintain a direct working relationship with Walmart's Replenishment Managers — proactively flagging DC/store-level risks, aligning on CPFR cadence, and surfacing Dr. Squatch supply constraints or opportunities before they become in-stock issues
    • Lead bi-weekly demand planning for Walmart, including new item, regular, and delete forecasting using NOVA, Scintilla, and internal planning tools
    • Own OTIF, fill-rate performance, replenishment and in-stocks — daily scorecard tracking, store and DC monitoring, CPFR methodology, MABD compliance, root-cause analysis, and corrective action planning
    • Partner with the Dr. Squatch supply chain and finance teams on S&OP inputs, revenue flow visibility, and revenue forecast accuracy
    • Support markdown management across line extensions and modular resets – structuring markdown proposals, verifying accrual accuracy, and supporting negotiations.
    • Oversee item setup and maintenance across Item 360, Supplier One, and GDSN — including item creation, cost/price changes, and modular verifications
    • Manage Retail Link, Scintilla, and SP1 account administration — account setup, item catalog, reporting, and defectives
  • Order to Cash
    • Monitor PO intake and order management via EDI (850/855/810), including fill/kill decisions, special-handle requests, and ERP coordination, and EDI/data integration health – invoice and ASN triage, match/deduction issue prevention, and coordination with internal tech/ERP teams
    • Partner with Finance on deductions and chargeback resolution — providing deduction coding support, supply-chain context for dispute filing, and defective resolution coordination
    • Support invoicing and cash application accuracy — flagging allowance discrepancies, assisting ERP-to-Walmart A/R matching, and identifying unbilled revenue / overage rebilling opportunities for Finance to action
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • 7+ years of experience in CPG supply chain, retail operations, or order-to-cash functions with direct Walmart account experience strongly preferred
  • Deep fluency in Walmart’s operational systems: NOVA, Scintilla, Retail Link, Supplier One, Item 360, OTIF/SQEP, High Radius, APDP, and EDI/VAN
  • Strong financial acumen — comfortable partnering on deduction resolution, markdown economics, and cash flow visibility across supply chain decisions
  • Highly analytical with the ability to diagnose root causes, build structured processes, and translate data into clear operational actions
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent workstreams with precision and follow-through in a fast-paced, lean team environment
  • Effective relationship builder and communicator– able to work fluidly with Sales, Finance, and Operations stakeholders as well as external Walmart replenishment contacts
  • Self-starter who takes ownership, operates with urgency, and doesn’t need perfect resources to drive outcomes
  • Bentonville-based or willing to relocate; regular presence near Walmart’s home office is required
