Now, we’re looking for our first Irrigation Technician to help bring our courses to life and keep them thriving for generations of golfers.

You’re a hands-on problem solver with a strong understanding of irrigation systems and enthusiasm for the outdoors. You love the idea of working on a grand canvas. You have experience with and know how to maintain and repair irrigation systems with precision, ensuring every blade of grass gets the care it deserves. And you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty to bring our vision to life.

Rodeo Dunes is a public golf resort developed by Michael and Chris Keiser, owners of Sand Valley Golf Resort. Situated less than an hour's drive from Denver and Denver International Airport, Rodeo Dunes offers a balance of both accessibility and escape.

Drawing from its Dream Golf lineage of Bandon Dunes and Sand Valley, the resort will provide a captivating outpost for golf travelers from day one. Set on over 2,000 acres of historic, towering sand dunes, Rodeo Dunes is poised to establish itself as a world-class golf destination.

Two-course routings are complete – one by the acclaimed duo of Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw, and the other marking the solo debut of longtime C&C associate Jimmy Craig.

With a rollicking, sandy dunescape, welcoming Western hospitality, and inspiring long views of the Rocky Mountains, Rodeo Dunes is set to come out of the gate as one of the world’s great new golf experiences.

Maintain, operate, and repair irrigation systems across our two expertly routed courses, keeping our greens and fairways lush, healthy, and always ready for play.

Monitor water usage and adjust irrigation schedules based on changing weather, soil conditions, and turf needs.

Perform regular inspections and repairs on pumps, valves, sprinklers, and other system components, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Collaborate with our team of agronomy and grounds experts to ensure efficient water management that respects the land and conserves resources.

Work hands-on in a natural environment that challenges and inspires—embracing early mornings and the physical demands of the role.

Experience with golf course irrigation systems, including knowledge of pump stations, hydraulics, and control systems.

A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to maintaining system efficiency and health.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to the demands of a dynamic work environment.

Familiarity with modern irrigation technology and a dedication to sustainable practices.

A collaborative spirit—someone who’s ready to be part of a team that values stewardship, passion, and craftsmanship.
