Role Overview

As an Executive – Talent Acquisition, you will manage end-to-end hiring for assigned roles while delivering a strong candidate experience and supporting employer branding initiatives. You will also leverage AI and automation to improve hiring efficiency and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Manage end-to-end recruitment from role intake to offer acceptance

Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, internal job postings (IJP) and campus hiring programs

Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and drive timely hiring decisions

Collaborate with stakeholders to set clear expectations on timelines and candidate quality

Ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Maintain accurate hiring trackers and ensure recruiter data hygiene

Track key recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratios

Use automation and AI tools to streamline sourcing, screening, scheduling, and reporting

Ensure adherence to hiring processes, approvals, and documentation

Manage onboarding and joining processes while working closely with Central HR and other internal teams

Support and execute employee engagement initiatives

Contribute to employer branding initiatives including LinkedIn presence, career page updates, and candidate communications
